Schneider continues to devote his energy in combating the opioid crisis, including the rising use of fentanyl, in the US. He is married to his wife Annie, and the couple have a daughter named Kristi together.

The Louisiana resident founded theTunnel of Hopemovement, which aims to tackle the opioid crisis and raise awareness, and offers the opportunity to join the cause, donate, and provide a platform for individuals who’ve been impacted.

Schneider appears on the podcast episode to share his story and attempt to protect other families from suffering the same grief as his family.
