Taco Bell releases three new chicken items

According toAllrecipes, the biggest of the three new items, Crispy Chicken Strips, are marinated in a jalapeno buttermilk flavor and are coated with tortilla chip breadcrumbs before being fried. They’re available alongside new Spicy Ranchero and Avocado Ranch sauces.

Taco Bell has revealed two items that feature the new chicken strips as well, including a burrito that uses two of them inside. To accompany the meat, the Crispy Chicken Burrito comes with purple cabbage, lettuce, pico de gallo, and cheddar cheese in a tortilla with your choice of the same two sauces as the strip meal.

The smallest of the three items comes in the form of a taco that features the same ingredients as the burrito, but with just one chicken strip instead of two.

Although it’s not directly marketed the same, the Crispy Chicken Taco is Taco Bell’s closest competitor to the upcoming McDonald’s Snack Wrap that will feature the McCrispy Strips that came out back in May.
