How to get Mega Mawile in Pokemon Go
Mega Mawile will take over 5-StarRaid battlesfor the first time everfrom July 02, 2025, up until July 06, 2025.Unlike last time – where the Mega Evolution appeared only for three hours – players will have around ten days to challenge and catch this mighty creature.
It’s worth noting thatplayers cannot catch Mega Mawile in its Mega Evolved form.Instead, once they defeat it, they’ll be given the chance to catch a regular Mawile using the Premiere Balls given – the number of balls will depend on their battle performance.
Then, they cantemporarily Mega Evolve their strongest standard Mawileonce they stock up on the required Mega Energy to do so.
How to evolve Mawile into Mega Mawile
As mentioned above, when a trainer defeats and catches a Mega Evolved Pokemon, it returns to its regular form. This means that every time they want to trigger a Mega Evolution,they must use Mega Energy.
The first time a player evolves a regularMawile into Mega Mawile, they will require 200 Mega Energy.Once the effect is over, the amount will drop to 40, then 20, and finally 10.
