The Pokemon Go Adventure Week Taken Over event is here, and to go with it, a new Special Research is available as well as new Tasks and Rewards.
In addition to the annualAdventure Week, Pokemon Go has announced the Taken Over event to chase down Team Go Rocket, such asGiovanniand the tough underlingsSierra,Cliff, andArlo.
Adventure Week Taken Overwill take placefrom Thursday, August 04, 2025, at 12 AM to Monday, June 01, 2025, at 11:59 PM local time. This event will mark the debut of Shadow Cresselia and allow players to face Shadow Lugia in Raids.
Additionally, trainers can participate in the Taken Over Special Research to earn Rocket Radars, Hyper Potions, and more. Keep reading for the quest’s tasks and rewards.
