The Heartseeker Rogue is among the more straightforward builds inDiablo 4. The goal of the build is toset up your Heartseeker basic attack to deal with most of your damage while obtaining the Victimize bonus as much as possible.The second major part of this build is your mobility. Agility
The player leaps backward and throws caltrops on the ground. These deal damage and slows enemies by 50%
Shadow Step
The player becomes Unstoppable and gains 50% movement speed for two seconds. Any attacks from behind deal increased damage.
Dash
A dash forward that propels the player and deals damage to any enemy caught in their path.
Dark Shroud
Subterfuge
A protective shroud that gives 8% Damage Reduction per active Shadow, with 5 Shadows in total.
Victimize
Key Passive
A passive effect, wherein dealing damage to a Vulnerable target has a 50% chance of creating an explosion. Damage done to Victimized targets is increased.
Inner Sight
Priority Quest Reward (Level 15)
Certain enemies will be marked. Attacking marked enemies fills your Inner Sight meter. Whenever full, the player receives unlimited energy and an increased Critical Strike Chance for four seconds.
Regarding your rotation, your Heartseeker Basic attack will be your primary weapon to spam in almost every encounter. Caltrops and Smoke Grenades are capable defense mechanisms, while Dash and Shadow Step can be used as both an escape and a means of dealing extra damage. Given how little health Rogues generally have,it is best to keep up Dark Shroud at all times. The main synergy of this build is between Heartseeker and Victimize, which is only unlocked at later levels, reserving this build for almost exclusively endgame purposes.

Most of the best Rare and Legendary drops inDiablo 4are entirely drop-dependent, so it’s always better to target farm Aspects rather than specific gear.The best Unique item to target is the Harlequin Crest helm.
Again, this is a completely random drop that can come from Duriel, King of Maggots, Echo of Andariel, or any random chest whileplaying in World Tier Four. This Unique is especially useful for Heartseeker Rogues as it awards players with 20% damage reduction, making the class slightly tankier.
