Beast Games player Dino #380 has “no regrets” about turning down MrBeast’s $1M bribe
Beast Games contestant Dino #380 spoke with Dexerto about why he turned down a $1M bribe from MrBeast and how he has “no regrets” about that decision.
Dino #380 fromMrBeast’s Beast Gameshas been ‘riding the wave’ since he returned home fromPrime’s most-watched unscripted series, where he placed 11th — something he may not have been able to do had he taken theYouTuber’s$1M bribe early on in the competition.
A first-responding firefighter from Beverly Hills, when Dino, real name Dean Viana, was scouted for Beast Games by MysticArt Pictures, he intended to play fair and make it to the finale.
Before leaving for the show in Toronto, Canada, Dino said he knew that no sum of money would make himeliminate other contestants, even if it meant his pockets were full.
“I just went there and did what Dino does. I just love on people and be friendly and honest. I just play from my heart, and that’s it,” Dino told Dexerto. “There was no amount that was going to make me tap out.”
Though his team of 50+ inEpisode 3was unaware of the promise he made to himself, they chose him to be their captain. As he stood on the towers,MrBeast’sbribe grew to $1M. Had he taken the money, his entire team would have been eliminated because of his decision.
“If you tap out and take that money, I mean, how are you going to come out of your dorm that next morning?” He recalled thinking. “You’re going to be a wanted man.”

Dino #380 “proud” of his Beast Games strategy
Having an established community of friends and colleagues back home, Dino said he can keep his head held high, knowing he made the right choice.
“No regrets. And the reason I say that is, I can honestly walk out of my front door every day… and I can proudly say that I turned down a million dollars. My integrity, my word, I was proud not to touch it.”
Though Dino was revered by other players, his elimination from Beast Games during Episode 8 was an unexpected twist to his heroic storyline.
During his elimination challenge, Dino had to pick another contestant to potentially go home alongside him. Though the duo’s fate was in the hands of Twana #830, Dino felt the wrath after he strategically chose her friend, as it was his last-ditch effort to save himself.
Dino revels in the love and support from fans
In just a few short episodes, Dino went from a hero inBeast Cityto “disingenuous” and a “villain.” Though most of the comments didn’t bother him much, Dino was surprised by what some had to say.
“I’ve been this great guy, I’ve been so loving this whole time, and they’re saying I’m sneaky and manipulative and why did I pick her?” Despite the backlash, he said he had no other choice at that moment.
Now thatDinois back home with his family, he said he’s received “so much love from around the world.” As for what’s next for him, he’s hopeful he’ll be cast in even more shows and continue to make public appearances.
