Kick star Adin Ross has pledged to cover the funeral costs for French streamer Jean Pormanove, alongside rapper Drake, following the 46-year-old’s death during a broadcast.

On August 18, Raphaël Graven, known online as Jean Pormanove,died in his sleepwhile livestreaming on Kick.

In the days leading up to his death, the French creator had been subjected to humiliation and abuse on stream from fellow streamers identified as Naruto and Safine.Reportsallege he endured “ten days and nights of torture,” including physical violence, sleep deprivation, and being forced to ingest toxic products.

Adin Ross demands “severe consequences” after Jean Pormanove’s death

The French government has sinceopened an investigation. Clara Chappaz, France’s minister for digital affairs and artificial intelligence, described the case as an “absolute horror,” adding that she has referred it to the media regulator Arcom and the Pharos reporting system.

On X, Adin Ross shared similar sentiments and demanded accountability.

“This is horrible and disgusting,” he said. “Everyone who played a role in this death needs to face severe consequences.”

He also revealed that he andDrakewill step in to help Pormanove’s family.
